In observance of Children’s Sabbath on October 19, 2019, our children will be assembling gift bags for immigrant children who are being received at the McAllen Respite Center. We are in need of small items that will fit in a Gallon Ziploc® Bag. Small books written in Spanish would be wonderful.
Other items, such as stickers, new Happy Meal® toys, candy, bracelets, children’s sunglasses, and party favor-type toys will surely bring smiles to these children who need to feel welcomed and know that Jesus loves them!
