Opportunity for Adults with High Blood Pressure and Their Loved Ones
We are offering group discussions for persons with hypertension and their family members as part of a NEW research study! Participation is voluntary and confidential. This study is approved by the Institutional Review Board at UT Southwestern Medical Center.
You may qualify if you:
- Are an African American adult over the age of 25
- Have been diagnosed with high blood pressure or hypertension
- Have a family member who helps you manage your hypertension
Benefits of Participating
- Participation in a two-hour group discussion with other people with hypertension and their family members to learn more about how they cope.
- Lunch/Dinner during the focus group
- Compensation for your time
