Rev. Lisa Bozeman wants to express her gratitude and heartfelt thanks to the Hamilton Park UMC family for your well wishes, prayers, and support for her and the contingency of students, faculty, and friends from SMU Perkins School of Theology while they traveled on their Israel-Palestine Immersion Trip.
Rev. Bozeman is excited to be back and is looking forward to sharing some highlights of her trip to the Holy Land with The Park.
She is inviting you to join the Open Your Bible Class as they reconvene on Sundays starting February 10, 2019, at 9:00 a.m. to 9:50 a.m. in Room 203.
Whether you are a seasoned Bible reader or you find it a bit challenging to carve out time to study Scripture, Open Your Bible will leave you with a greater appreciation for the Word of God, a deeper understanding of its authority, and a stronger desire to know the Bible inside and out for yourself.
In this 7-session Bible study, authors Raechel Myers and Amanda Bible Williams will offer powerful storytelling, real-life examples, and the Bible. Open Your Bible will quench a thirst that you might not have even known existed deep within the recesses of your heart — one that can only be satisfied by God’s Word.
