Hamilton Park invites you to a Fall Festival and Health Fair on Saturday, October 27, 2018, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. There will be food, fun, and music!
The fair will offer FREE check-ups, flu shots, dental exams, cholesterol check, and consult with a medical expert. There will also be food and fun for the whole family, plus a petting zoo, bounce house, games, and a mobile food pantry!
To make an appointment, call 214-345-2719 or visit Sherial Zeno in the CLC after the 10:00 a.m. worship. Appointments can be made Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Bring your insurance card and driver’s license (or any state-issued ID) to your appoinment.
