Hamilton Park family, please pray for The Wells Family, with the loss of Edward Gladstone Wells, Jr.
Edward G. Wells, Jr. was born on November 7, 1954, in Shawnee, Kansas. He transitioned to eternal rest with his Lord on November 12, 2020, in Dallas, TX.
Edward was born to the parentage of the late Edward and Beatrice Wells. He graduated from Detroit Central High School in 1973 and attended Highland Park Community College. He enlisted in the United States Army in which he served until his retirement.
Edward was a member of Hamilton Park United Methodist Church under the leadership of Senior Pastor, Dr. Sheron C. Patterson in Dallas, TX.
He was predeceased by his parents, Edward and Beatrice (Green) Wells; and brother, Terrance Wells.
Those left to cherish precious memories include his wife, Eloise Wells; daughters: LaFonda Wells and Rhonda Lewis; stepdaughters: LaKesha Ali (Nawfel), Precious Gray, and Jacobi Mullen; stepson: Yeshua Haskins; sisters, Andrea Wells and Frances Wells; brothers: Andra Terrell Wells and Darrell Wells; eight grandchildren: Dashone Lewis, Kendra Lewis, Jaloni Bolds, Rickelle VanDyke, Rihana VanDyke, Ramya Ali Ali, Dayvion Douglas Johnson, and Josiah Andrew Thomas; and a host of other relatives and friends.
