Are you eligible for mammography screening?
Women who are eligible:
- 40 years of age and older
- Have no personal history of breast cancer
- Do not have breast implants
- Have no known breast lumps or other breast problems
- Not pregnant or haven’t breastfed in the last 6 months
- Have not received a mammogram in the past 12 months
Make an appointment for a screening mammogram! Call 1-855-318-7696. Appointments can be made Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Don’t have insurance? Fully funded screenings are available to women without insurance who qualify!
Bring your insurance card and drivers license or state-issued ID to your appointment.
